The third Smart City Seminar was held successfully at Ocean Energy Building, Shanghai Science Hall on Dec. 26, 2013. The seminar was hosted by Shanghai Municipal Commission of Economy and Informatization and Shanghai Association for Science and Technology, and co-organized by CIFAL Shanghai. The seminar attracted over 150 participants from related government departments, associations, academies, management and technicians from small and medium-sized enterprises, as well as the general public.
