The CIFAL Global Network XXI Steering Committee Meeting commenced with insightful opening remarks from Mr Nikhil Seth, UN Assistant Secretary-General and Executive Director of UNITAR. This was followed by a detailed presentation on the CGN delivered by Mr Alex Mejia, Director of the Division for People and Head of the CGN.

On Day 1, Majmaah University and UNITAR renewed their collaboration for the next six years, reaffirming CIFAL Saudi Arabia's commitment until 2030.

Throughout both days, the meeting featured the "Inspiring One Another" session, where directors of CIFAL Centres shared valuable insights and best practices, fostering a spirit of collaboration and learning.

On Day 2, Directors of CIFAL Centres participed in a simulation session on “Youth Engagement & the UNITAR Youth Strategy” and “Future Generations and Women”. These sessions provided critical strategies and ideas to drive global initiatives.

The CGN XXI Annual Steering Committee Meeting concluded with a closing ceremony at Majmaah University.
