On March 19, 2026, a delegation of four, consisting of Ms. Yao Jie, Director of the International Exchange Office at Shanghai Lixin University of Accounting and Finance, and Mr. Long Yingfeng, Dean of the Law School, visited  CIFAL Shanghai. Both parties engaged in in-depth discussions on deepening international cooperation.

Founded in 1928, Shanghai Lixin University of Accounting and Finance currently maintains cooperative relationships with over 100 institutions worldwide. During the exchange, Dean Long Yingfeng expressed his intention to collaborate on joint student internship projects, share resources from international institutions, jointly organize international forums, and conduct overseas cadre and teacher training. Director Yao Jie stated that the school regularly holds international exchange conferences every year and is willing to provide venues and personnel support for multilateral cooperation.

Mr. Wang Genxiang, Director of CIFAL Shanghai, introduced the CIFAL Global Network and the achievements of China-aid training - so far, 131 seminars have been held, training 3,578 government officials, experts, scholars, and technical backbones from 138 developing countries in Asia, Africa, Europe, South America, the Caribbean, and the South Pacific. Executive Director Wu Yugang reviewed the background of CIFAL's establishment and shared successful cooperation cases between CIFAL Shanghai and universities such as Tongji University and East China University of Political Science and Law, including UN-certified courses, micro-major construction, and international organization internship recommendations.

Both parties expressed their intention to maintain close communication, facilitate the swift implementation of cooperation projects, and jointly enhance the level of international education and global governance capabilities.
